Requirements:
• Degree in Civil &Structural Engineering or equivalent recognized by BCA
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building projects
CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

• Recognized Degree by PE Board & BCA
• Minimum 3 years local working experience
• Good Interpersonal Skills & able to coordinate site activities
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in QS or equivalent
• Tendering, taking off quantity and pricing
• Contract administration, liaising with subcon/suppliers
ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
• ACCT / AAT / Diploma / LCCI Higher in Accounting or equivalent
• Min 3 – 5 years’ of experience in handling & managing full sets of A/Cs.
• Able to work independently & handle general admin matters
PURCHASING ASSISTANT CUM ADMIN COORDINATOR
Requirements:
• Diploma /GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
• 1 – 2 years relevant experience
• Able to work independently & multi-tasked
ADMIN ASSISTANT
Requirements:
• Min GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / SPM or equivalent
• General admin duties filing & data-entry etc.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Building Service or equivalent. Specialist Diploma in M & E Coordination will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in building construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word & Excel), Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
DRAFTER / BIM COORDINATOR
Requirements:
• BIM certificate
• Minimum 2 years experience in Autocad Drafting & Autodesk Revit Modelling
• Can read & understand working drawings (architecture, structural and M & E)
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Requirements:
• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / CPA or with relevant studies from recognized University or Institutions
• Minimum 5 to 8 years relevant experoence in handling full sets of accounts
• Possess leadership, strong interpersonal skill and able to work independently
